According to the 101/2007 GKM decree, the VPE Rail Capacity and Allocation Office Co. elaborated an accomplishment-encouraging system which was introduced in 2010.
The main aim of the system is to minimalize the confusions of the railway-network, and to increase the accomplishment of the railway-network. Timetable and train traffic data are delivered through this communication system between the two enterprises.

The VPE Rail Capacity and Allocation Office Co. is a strategically significant enterprise which has a great responsibility on the functioning of the railway system. It has a role in the allocation of the railway capacity, in the calculation and invoicing of the costs of ensuring the risk free loading of the railway network. Therefore it plays a crucial role in the planning of the dynamic and reliable operation of the whole railway system. An application oriented system established by PEGAconsult provides the IT background for a smooth, fast and precise workflow since 1th January 2012.
